Businiess name:  Ginza Japanese Cuisine & Sushi

Review content:
I have eaten at the Ginza location downtown and have generally enjoyed the food and service. I was interested in the new Draper location and decided to try it. After being seated, we waited more than 15 minutes and were completely ignored. We weren't asked if we even wanted water! We got up to leave and on the way out I asked if I could speak to the manager. I was directed to the owner/manager behind the sushi bar. I told him that while I have been a customer of his downtown restaurant, we were leaving as we had been waiting a long time without service. Instead of directing service to us or even apologizing, he just said that they were understaffed. Note to owner: don't open a second location if you can't afford to staff it correctly! We will never go to Ginza again. Pros: Don't know Cons: Very poor service
