Businiess name:  Melting Pot Restaurant

Review content:
This is the second time I've come to the melting pot, my first experience leaving me with an overall excellent first impression. I was dismayed to be so disappointed this time. Considering that the customer does most of the cooking at the table, I believe that part of the allure of the restaurant is its intimate decor and most importantly the quality of waitstaff service. We were left to wait between every course for without exaggeration 15 to 20 minutes (at least), and at least 10 minutes for every request made (extra fork, glass of water etc). The only thing we didn't have to wait for was our check that was conveniently presented to us at the same time as our dessert; which conveniently enough, had been put as a surplus to our bill even though we had ordered the 4 course classic. In addition to the snail-paced service, my date and I were privy to our waitress loudly socializing with other waitstaff about topics I shall not bother to repeat. By the way, the surplus on my bill? I have written this entire complaint as I wait for her to adjust it, and I'm writing on an iPhone.
