Review content:
Driver was not at stairs by entrance to baggage claim as we expected, so we had to call to track him down. Once found, driver was very nice and very accommodating.
Person who made reservations for us assured us that, for a small fee, some beverage items could be picked up for us ahead of time. However, this didn't happen despite an email confirmation of the order- when we called to inquire, he said he forgot and didn't remember whre the order was to go.
Overall, it was average.
