This is in response to the bitter comments posted on the Internet about Car Kraft Auto Body. I would urge anybody who has complains to approach proper channels instead of resorting to slanderous comments. These are mostly created by personal conflict or standing your ground, even jealous competitors resort to such tactics. The policy of our house; every complain gets priority to be resolved amicably. Furthermore, we advise all customers that we are held to the highest standards and are accountable as a licensed auto body shop to the state of New Jersey and Consumer Affairs.
