Car Craft

I normally don't write reviews since the time it takes to write one really isn't worth it. Just figure there are more important tasks at hand. I'm making the exception here after having read the negative reviews which I just can't understand. It is completely opposite from my recent experience. Never heard of the place until my insurance company Geico referred them to me and thought with Geico's reassurance I should be ok. Much like my experience with Geico I was definitely not disappointed. Everything went smoothly from the claims adjuster's inspection to the actually work and in no time had by car returned. Completely hassle free. I don't know what they did to the car but it looks new again. Maybe it's because they washed it (the recent snow and salt made the car look filthy when I brought it in) and I'm talking about a good car wash. Not one of those quick dealership service ones that I'm not too crazy about. Great job on the repair. The guys there were some of the friendliest and courteous people at an auto body shop that I have met. But you get that impression when you walk in because the place is clean and organized. Very professional environment. After reviewing the paperwork (the estimate & prices) everything was written up very detailed and professionally. I actually researched some of the prices for the parts prior to bringing it in. The prices are fair and considering the lifetime guarantee (don't know if that actually matters) along with great service definitely a bargain. As for the negative reviews which really had me confused, I don't know if I could trust them. As a rule I generally don't trust poorly written reviews and how many people do you know that actually get upset about how much their insurance company pays out when the insurance company trusts the estimate. The deductible is the deductible and that's the only thing I need to be concerned with. more

This is in response to the bitter comments posted on the Internet about Car Kraft Auto Body. I would urge anybody who has complains to approach proper channels instead of resorting to slanderous comments. These are mostly created by personal conflict or standing your ground, even jealous competitors resort to such tactics. The policy of our house; every complain gets priority to be resolved amicably. Furthermore, we advise all customers that we are held to the highest standards and are accountable as a licensed auto body shop to the state of New Jersey and Consumer Affairs. more

I looked up the Better Business Bureau (BBB) ratings of Car Kraft Auto Body in Englewood NJ.\r Based on BBB files, Car Kraft business has a BBB Rating of A+ on a scale from A+ to F, with zero complaints over the last 36months. \r As a customer of Car Kraft for the last 30years, and reccommended all my friends and their friends throughout that time, I've yet to hear bad comment!!! Sounds to me like a witch hunt. more

This is the worst shop i have ever been to in my life, they are liars, slow workers and will hold your car hostage for as long as they can milk your Inshurance company. Stay away from this place, i should of read the reviews other prople left before me, i would of saved all the stress and headache i got from dealing with Crap Kraft.
