I have been leasing/purchasing Subaru’s from Town Motors since 2002. Their service and the way they handle customer’s needs keeps improving every year. I have always been driving WRX’s and wanted a 2012 STi. It was an expensive purchase and I was very hesitant. The sales rep Jazz/Yasmine explained all the features options and accessories. She walked me through the different trim packages and worked out an agreeable price. Ted Seibold, the sales manager, help me greatly with the financing of the car. The car was ordered and took 8 weeks to arrive. My salesgirl frequently called me and updated me on the status of my car. When the car finally came in, it was exactly what I ordered and in perfect shape. This has been the smoothest transaction ever. I was stressing myself out because it was such a big purchase but Town Motors made the whole process extremely enjoyable. I regret wasting my time shopping around different Subaru Dealerships, because I know Town Motors will always be the dealership I return to
