I have been leasing/purchasing Subaru’s from Town Motors since 2002. Their service and the way they handle customer’s needs keeps improving every year. I have always been driving WRX’s and wanted a 2012 STi. It was an expensive purchase and I was very hesitant. The sales rep Jazz/Yasmine explained all the features options and accessories. She walked me through the different trim packages and worked out an agreeable price. Ted Seibold, the sales manager, help me greatly with the financing of the car. The car was ordered and took 8 weeks to arrive. My salesgirl frequently called me and updated me on the status of my car. When the car finally came in, it was exactly what I ordered and in perfect shape. This has been the smoothest transaction ever. I was stressing myself out because it was such a big purchase but Town Motors made the whole process extremely enjoyable. I regret wasting my time shopping around different Subaru Dealerships, because I know Town Motors will always be the dealership I return to more

The Audi salespeople are dishonest - I too put down a deposit for an A6 (and was told it was fully refundable). \r They eventually sold the car to someone else and never returned my deposit. They jerked me around for a couple of weeks and almost two years later they never returned my "refundable deposit." more

I have not worked with the parts or the service department but I can say that the Sales Department lacks any semblance of integrity.\r \r They essentially stole my deposit on a new car. Numerous calls to the dealership to get my money back only to get the run around. I even contacted the Sales manager, John Kunz, to complain about the situation only to get no response or followup whatsoever. Seems like my issue has "conveniently" fallen through the cracks straight into their bank account.\r \r Do not shop here!! These guys are crooks!! more

I had the pleasure of dealing with their Porsche Service Center recently and was quite impressed with the overall results. There service professionals were attentive and quick to get me to where I needed to be. Their Parts department also was attentive and knowledgeable, thus allowing a quick turnaround. They knew exactly what my concerns where and presented the very appropriate fix. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Often it is the after sales commitment that makes or breaks an opinion about car makers, yes even Porsches, and Town Motors was a pleasure. There location make it very convenient for North Jerseyans who trek back and forth to NYC. There ownership encompasses many automakers so take a look at what the have to offer, you might be pleasantly surprised. more
