Our family has been serving the spiritual needs of all who enter out doors for over fifty (50) years. On behalf of our family we would like to apologize for what you say to have experienced at our store. Rest assure we are responding because we care for each and every individual that walks in through our doors. Our founder Mr. Guadalupe Jimenez served his community wholeheartedly and we seek to keep that tradition for generations to come. Unlike many other “Botanicas” we are well established and hold a reputation that is indisputable. For this reason I opted to respond to your post, we would like to make clear that we do not employ any tarot readers and that they are independent from our store.
