Dave has absolutely restored my faith in service people!
He showed up on time, was extremely pleasant and congenial and walked me through the process of fixing my garbage disposal.
He also showed me how to fix it myself in the future, which I thought was extremely gracious. He obviously could have kept his mouth shut so as to hopefully secure more business down the road, but he didn't.
Just an absolutely perfect experience. This is my permanent plumber!
