I just recently bought a used car from the Dick Hannah Volkswagen at the Vancouver location. Our sales representative was MaryAnne Randall. MaryAnne was knowledgeable, patient and kept my needs in mind at all times. I was dreading look for a car because with other dealerships I had experienced high pressure salesmen who were eager to sell a car, any car.\r

My experience with MaryAnne was totally the opposite.\r
She took the time to get to know me and was willing to show me as many cars as I needed to see. I never felt pressured to buy and after purchasing the car, I had no buyer's remorse. \r

MaryAnne was great to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a car.
