I had my fair share of experience with plumbers and electricians. Not to mention the guy that just came out to fix our stove, that would be a different story.
We had Dave's Custom Plumbing out on three different occasions and every time the experience was pleasant. The plumbers are clean, friendly, and they seem to know what they are doing.
I have to admit that our last job was a little tricky (leak coming from the ceiling, which ended up coming from somewhere else) and the tech had to do some exploring. However, he involved us in the process and took care of the problem.
Daves Custom communicated with us. They called when they were on the way, so we wouldn't have to sit around forever. They explained what the problem was and what the best solution would be. It is nice to be able to rely on someone.
What I like most about them, they are not the big huge box company. With some luck you might have Dave the owner knocking on your door to do the work himself.
