Dave's Custom Plumbing INC

I had my fair share of experience with plumbers and electricians. Not to mention the guy that just came out to fix our stove, that would be a different story. We had Dave's Custom Plumbing out on three different occasions and every time the experience was pleasant. The plumbers are clean, friendly, and they seem to know what they are doing. I have to admit that our last job was a little tricky (leak coming from the ceiling, which ended up coming from somewhere else) and the tech had to do some exploring. However, he involved us in the process and took care of the problem. Daves Custom communicated with us. They called when they were on the way, so we wouldn't have to sit around forever. They explained what the problem was and what the best solution would be. It is nice to be able to rely on someone. What I like most about them, they are not the big huge box company. With some luck you might have Dave the owner knocking on your door to do the work himself. more

My toilet was running so I called Dave. They sent out a technician who was really nice. He replaced a mechanism in the tank and I was happy that I didnt have to deal with the noise at night. I had Aaron come out and gave me an estimate to fix a leaky water heater. I was so happy with him that I called the office and set up a time for Aaron to come back and finish the water heater installation. He came back with all the needed tools and took care of the installation in less than 4 hours. I was surprised at how clean and the friendly customer service that he offered. He gave me a magnet in case we needed plumbing services in the future. To this day I have it sitting on my fridge. Thanks for your great customer service Aaron. I contracted this company for a small addition, and was very happy with the service that I received. They were fast and knew what they were doing. I don't like leaving reviews online, but Andrew told me that if I thought the service was great to pass the word on, so that's what Im doing. Thanks again Daves Custom Plumbing! I have had Dave's Custom Plumbing out several times at my home and would not trust anyone else. Their plumbers are all clean cut respectful guys and they come ready to work with their trucks fully loaded with parts/tools.
