My experience is very much the same - I purchased and had installed a pellet stove from More Than Stoves about three years ago. Replaced two igniters and now, with the current New Engalnd power outage, had a problem with the high temp cut off switch. - I would have been better off buying heating oil at $5.00 per gallon than spending as much as I did for this pellet stove disaster. Tried to call MTS for service and found they are now out of business. Are there rebates available ???
