I started renting at CSI Mini Storage early on, like in 1996. I just ended my stay there due to health issues, but I dealt with them for a long time, and they are very nice people. I used to work right down the street from them, and had a little hobby shop there for my car. I started out in a container, and then moved to a shop area.
The rates at CSI are really good, way cheaper than everybody else. Still, you don't sacrifice anything for the deal you get. I never had a break-in or anything go missing in the 15 years I was there. I've seen them check all the locks--and that's a lot of locks--and they also patrol around in a little cart. They also do a good job keeping out the riffraff.
It's a father/son business, and they keep the place clean and in good working order. If you drive by you will see that it's well-kept. If something does need fixing, you can let them know and they will get to it right away. It's really a nice place. They have on-site restrooms and running water. They even have solar, and I appreciate when people care about the environment. I had a really good time when I was CSI, and never any difficulties.
