Harvey was great. He did a lot for me and really helped out. My unit at CSI Mini Storage was a good space, but as far as value goes, you know, it was not ventilated, which made for incredibly hot storage. They always say it's important to store in a cool, dry area, so that was a bit of a concern. I didn't keep anything in there that was very valuable except some rare woods, which got a little dried out, but that's fine.
Also, I was not there for the whole duration of a my rate, and the process of getting a reimbursement check was a little bit of a hassle. But again, Harvey was on top of it and looked into everything for me, so we're all good at this point.
The facilities were clean and seemed really secure. I had no doubts about storing stuff there, and they served me well. I brought a trailer by, and they made it easy for me.
