I would say the value is good. The move in was extremely easy because of the service they had. They came to pick up our stuff for the move-in. For the move-out, things were a little harder because there was no one really to assist us. The only complicated part was having to organize ourselves to move out. That made it a little hard, but we made it, so I have no particular negative experience. It was easy.
