Actually, I think the location is pretty far away from BART, and I can't just go with a rental truck every time, so I have to take public transit. Obviously, the Richmond location is very far away from the BART station, but when I moved out, I drove a truck to take my stuff.
I lived very far from their location, and it was located in road construction, so even the taxi couldn't find a detour to the storage place, and we had to cut through the construction zones.
It would be great if they had a truck, or somewhere we could meet, even if it was closer to BART, so I don't have to drive. It would be great for them to come meet me to do the paperwork, so I don't have to figure out my own stuff.
The people there are pretty great. They even helped me when I moved out. I'm pretty satisfied with their services.
