Businiess name:  Beechwood Restaurant
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
This is a hard one to write. I once loved Beechwood and would bring anyone there who came into town to visit, but until recent this place has gone from ""Great food and service"" to ""STAY AWAY."" I actually signed up for Citysearch just to write this. Something I would normally go to the management to complain about if this weren't specifically about him.\r I have been a patron of Beechwood since the pulled pork sandwich and Tatiana. (Both should still be there) Until the end of last year I used to walk into the restaurant and was greeted with three beautiful smiles from three ladies (Again, they should still be there, wish I remembered their names. I think one might have been Brooke???) great energy from the bar staff and servers, the music was always right and the food was beyond compare. Now I enter the restaurant and I get a grunt from the lobotomized hostess and a man (assuming he is the new manager) is braiding her hair. Not only is that foul to do in a restaurant, but offensive and downright inappropriate.\r The new staff is rude and inattentive...the feeling of being at a local joint is now gone. If you guys fired the last staff...BIG MISTAKE...if they quite, I understand. \r Again, I would have called the restaurant to make a complaint, but it was the managers offense, so the only way to get the message out is by writing. \r Please, if you are reading this and own Beechwood let's get back to business as usual Venice is waiting. Pros: The food is great and the restaurant looks cool Cons: Management and staff are rude and not worth the trip
