The worst service! The server did not know the menu or wine list....we overlooked the long wait for cocktails....
Thankfully, the food was excellent...but as soon as we began to relax and sing the praises of the new eatery...our server topped off the evening by complaining that we only gave her a 15% gratuity on the total bill...she explained that she normally gets 20%...
We sent a formal complaint to management and received no follow up...not a peep. Apparently, they don't care about repeat business...
Sadly, we were all very excited about a great new place to dine in the Marina area but the lack of follow up has put a bad taste in all of our mouths.
Pros: great food, good prices
Cons: bad service, no follow up
