Review content:
I took my in-laws from out of town to Beechwood for a nice, LA dinner. First, we waited, and waited and waited...sat outside, drinking wine, too much wine...and then FINALLY after an hour wait, we were seated. Our server was nice and friendly, but it was hard to get a word in edge wise with all the noise in the room. Our meals were OK and simple. We had a bigger reservation the following night, so I guess ""simple"" was a good thing. I don't think I will go back for dinner, but maybe if I want to sit outside again and drink too much wine! (oh and it gets kind of annoying on Friday nights when the bouncer has to clear out all the chairs from one side of the patio due to fire hazards...not very well thought out in the end)
