Finally, there is a hip place to go on Washington Blvd, by the Marina. Beechwood is opened late, even on the weekdays for food and drinks. The Humbolt fog goat cheese with roasted eggplant is mouthwatering. Sit outside by the fire for prime people watching. The waitresses are very friendly. It is hard to get to the bartender on the weekend. They have a good selection of wines by the glass.
