we bought some tile and materials here, and asked them to recommend an installer. the individual they referred us to finally showed up to do the job after several weeks of missed appointments, and we wish he never had. the pattern is misaligned throughout the room, the grout is an uneven color, and within a week we had cracking in the grout joints. he (dave smith) never did come back to repair what he had done. we then asked the tile shop for another referral. this time the guy (pat's versa-tile) never showed and never returned our calls.
