horrible! supposedly they are under new ownership, but that makes no difference. I took some dresses and business apparel to them and they ruined two of the items, then offered to fix them, then somehow managed to ruin them even more! the manager was very rude, and called me a liar when I told him they had ripped the one dress, even though it was plain as day that there was a huge rip in the bust. after four trips the manager finally offered to pay for the one dress, not the other, and he only gave me half of what I paid for it since I didn't keep my reciept from a year ago! the service was poor and they have teenagers working there who don't seem old enough to work period, let alone with hot implements and steam. now I have to go try and find new clothing without spending alot of money and go to a new cleaner who hopefully won't rip me off, and btw they didn;t refund the original cost to clean the items either, nor ever apologise for the hassle or annoyance.
