Review content:
I had to get a lamination job done for work. I like to support local businesses whenever possible, so I decided to give them a try. First they said they couldn't get it done in 48 hours, I needed it done sooner than that - they acted liked they were doing me a huge favor, but got it done on time and cheap. I went back in because I needed to get two more pieces of paper laminated. The people at the counter didn't acknowledge me for about 5 minutes. I am a patient person, but this was ridiculous. Then the guy finally nodded at me, I explained what I needed and he said he could get it done by tomorrow (it was about noon). Tomorrow?!? I left, when to Office Depot and they did it for me in ten minutes, and it only took that long because their machine needed 5 minutes to warm up. Overall, good prices, but both time I was in there, the customer service was seriously lacking.
