Dittos is awesome! I have worked with them extensively on a variety of printing projects for Trader Joes grocery store over the last 1.5 years. The staff is friendly and approachable and very accommodating to our quirky printing needs. Quick turn-around too! more

Prices are great...customer service, not so much 10/28/2011

I had to get a lamination job done for work. I like to support local businesses whenever possible, so I decided to give them a try. First they said they couldn't get it done in 48 hours, I needed it done sooner than that - they acted liked they were doing me a huge favor, but got it done on time and cheap. I went back in because I needed to get two more pieces of paper laminated. The people at the counter didn't acknowledge me for about 5 minutes. I am a patient person, but this was ridiculous. Then the guy finally nodded at me, I explained what I needed and he said he could get it done by tomorrow (it was about noon). Tomorrow?!? I left, when to Office Depot and they did it for me in ten minutes, and it only took that long because their machine needed 5 minutes to warm up. Overall, good prices, but both time I was in there, the customer service was seriously lacking. more

Great Prices, and the SERVICE WILL BLOW YOU AWAY! 10/16/2010

I am incredibly impressed by these guys. Its not just their low, low rates, but the SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL! I went in for some business cards and had a sample business card to give them that DID NOT YET HAVE THE ARTWORK ON IT with the logo from the national company that I work for. Dittos took it upon themselves to go online, find the company logo, and transfer it to my business card mock-up. I hadn't even told them the website to go to to find the artwork/logo! All in a period of 24 hours! They call me the next day and tell me my mock-up is ready, and I go in, thinking that the whole artwork/logo business is still to be dealt with, and I am presented with a business card mock-up that was PERFECT. Exactly what I was looking for. I wasn't just surprised...I was blown away! These guys are awesome! more
