Do yourself a favor and avoid this store. I was warned by several people to not shop here, but couldn't find what I was looking for elsewhere. The commissioned employees are great up until your furniture arrives. We had several pieces of damaged furniture. It was like pulling teeth to get them to re-order and help get our furniture in. Once it was here, it still was damaged. (This is the same reason others warned not to shop here) What is on the display floor and what you get are not the same items. The customer service was horrible. I was told that they didn't want to speak with us anymore and don't want to do business with us if we are that ""way"" about wanting what we paid for. The owner Donna even stated that they don't have the highest quality of furniture. (Their furniture is made in Vietnam) They attempted to fix the damage, but in the process damaged the furniture more. On top of that they did extensive damage to my house and refuse to fix this. Now they have stated they don't wish to talk to us or do business with us again. We are left with damaged merchandise and a damaged house.\r \r I was warned by many that they are very rude and when they don't want to make things right they get very hostile and mean on the phone. It is sad that a business would say they don't want you to call them or do business with you again instead of, what can I do to make this right. Especially when you are paying $3,000 for furniture.
