I visited this store a few years ago with my mother and I bought the most beautiful purse ever. Plus the customer service at that time was warm and welcoming.There were two really sweet women working that night who helped us alot. I havent been since and dont feel welcome to go... I was on the official coach webite and saw a purse I just adore! So I called the lebanon outlet store to see if they had it and what the price would be... and so girl named Misty answered the phone. I told her I see a purse on yalls website and wanted to know if you have it. Its the poppy metallic sateen thats pink and silver...she then stated rudely WE DONT HAVE A WEBSITE...SO WHAT YOUR LOOKING AT ISNT OURS. I then said no, I know the outlet doesnt have a website I mean the official site. she said oh coach? I said yeah... im thinking duh! I never said anything about an outlet website im talking about the actual website when I refer to YOUR website. you are the coach store right??? I guess so thats what the store is called. What a genius! So I guess this confused her,she was so rude with thinking im on a broke down fake website. She never answered my question if they have it or not. she then said all the bags on there you see will be at green hills or coolsprings. I didnt ask for this. If I wanted to go there i wouldnt have called the lebanon store. l just simply wanted to know if there store has it since I had been there before and really liked it. Not to mention the great prices you cant beat. I got a 200.00 purse there that was so much more retail value. So I wanted to see how much it would be at outlet since the retail is only 228.00! but noooo she couldnt even answer me of whether they had it or not she just got thrown off by me saying i saw it on the website...she is a person who apparently gets confused easily. she couldve just said yes we have it or no we dont and that was it. I then thought ok should I ask again and just say do you carry any of the backpack lines but then i thought no just forget it. I wont waste my time talking to rude workers. I then said thanks and hung up. so ill just have to go see for myself if they have it or not... THANKS FOR ALL YOUR KIND HELP MS. SADITY MISTY. give respect and still dont get it,just sadity!
