Andrews Pharmacy has gone downhill; the community needs to avoid it! \r \r The facililty is not only very dirty (makes you wonder about the compounding drugs they provide) but their lack of adherence to process/procedure creates outright dangerous situations for the customers (i.e. not confirming cusotmer addresses at time of pickup - so if two customers have the same name - they get the wrong drugs...this happened last month to my husband). Kenny (at the front desk) thought it was funny when this resulted in my husband getting the wrong medicine which could have sent him to the emergency room.\r \r And, to make it all even worse - is the staff's lack of interest in providing customer service. Kenny at the front desk is always rude and unbelievably lazy (doesn't want to help a customer as that would mean he would have to move away from elaning on the counter). Amazingly, Gary (the manager) defends this type of service. When I complained - he told me to leave the store and not come back. Very interestingly, two customers who overheard this exchange, approached me in the parking lot (when I left) and said that Kenny and Gary ar both always rude and that errors in med orders were ongoing...both had not choice but to continue to use Andrews as they did not have transportation to another pharmacy.\r \r Have to wonder who owns this place and why they don't care that the business is being run into the ground. I surely will make sure that the entire WFU community knows to avoid Andrews.
