In response to the critical comment(s) written by ""Happy Phillips"", I have always believed there are three sides to any event. My side, Your side and then, What Actually Happened. Typically I would only be able to account for X out of an X, Y and Z equation. But, luckily our security system is quite good and I can now account for two variables: (1) My side and (2) What actually happened. Many managers would be happy enough with that result but not I nor the owner of Andrews Pharmacy. We strive for the highest level of Customer Satisfaction.\r
I have reviewed this one event that occurred over a span of 12 minutes from multiple angles and from all employee's perspectives. I have also been given the report ""Happy"" gave to our employee when the OTC item (free of charge) was delivered to their home (free of charge) within two hours of this problem; and, reported to Andrews' owner the next day. \r
As this is a problem in a highly regulated industry(HIPAA/HITECH/FEDERAL/State of NC), I can offer no further comment on resolution of this matter than to say, ""We take any and all claims of inadequate service seriously and respond to 100% in a timely manner"". \r
Any customer of Andrews Pharmacy that feels they have a complaint that Is Not nor Has Not been addressed, Please contact me directly. \r
