Review content:
Five years ago I suffered with 2 herniated disks, one in the lower back and 1 in cervical area. My orthopedic doctor told me there wasn't anything he could do to help my pain and numbness, surgery was the only recourse. I was afraid of the surgery and not sure it was a good solution. My friend was a member of the Dahn Center and was encouraging me to check out the Dahn Center near my house. Not thinking that yoga could help my pain, I really wanted to get into shape physically and spiritually, also. Within a month I was relieved of my pain and numbness in my leg and arm, what a surprise. I really encourage anyone with this problem to try Dahn yoga. This yoga really focuses on healing our bodies by releasing the stress and finding peace within.
