Very bad experience with this company. I bought two mattresses from them. One mattress was defective (the side was bowed out and coils were pushing against it). Instead of issuing a refund, they tell me to ""keep"" the bad mattress (and still pay for it) and they will give me an extra 10% off another mattress to buy...and use the bad mattress as a spare. Horrible experience...Will never buy from again. I would stay way clear of this company!! Having to use the justice system to get my $$ back!! :-(
