Easy, Comfy and stressfree 11/11/2009

I bought a bedroom set and its wonderful. My mattress is perfect!! I love sleeping now! Tony and Anthony even set up everything! Tony was so personable and made me feel so comfortable. Of course everything wasnt cheap but it was worth every penny...delivery was on time, they deserved the big tip I gave them. I will continue coming here and recommend to all my friends and family. love you OC mattress. Pros: the delivery guys were excellent (Tony) Cons: Pricey, but you get what you pay for! more

What A Disappointment!! 5/9/2009

Very bad experience with this company. I bought two mattresses from them. One mattress was defective (the side was bowed out and coils were pushing against it). Instead of issuing a refund, they tell me to ""keep"" the bad mattress (and still pay for it) and they will give me an extra 10% off another mattress to buy...and use the bad mattress as a spare. Horrible experience...Will never buy from again. I would stay way clear of this company!! Having to use the justice system to get my $$ back!! :-( Cons: No quality control, Poor Customer Service, more
