I too, wish that I could give a negative rating. I hate to do this over the internet but seeing how unprofessional you guys were when dealing with you over this weekend I won't put to much thought into it. first off, we had heard wonderful things about your bakery hence why we chose you for such an important event that can never be ""remade""seeing as how Hudson only turns ONE once. but the cake was an absolute nightmare for us. then on top of the fondant falling off you didn't include the smash cake, when asked where it was you threw a ""if i had more cake mix, or more cakes made i would, but im out of cake mix"" what kind of bakery runs out of cake mix?!? that's NO way to run a business. We are incredibly disappointed in the way the cake turned out, then on top of it, how they handled the situation, by simply NOT responding. I will not recommend the cake box ever and certainly will let people know about this experience. Its been told that the positive mouth will spread the word to only one but the negative to ten and then some. remember that when opening a business that is completely based off of customer satisfaction.
