I had thought they would ask details about the cake, like did we want fondant or regular and decoration details. I had to tell this woman (who could have been friendlier) a lot of things and it really worried me hoping they would do it right. When we came to pick it up we weren't greeted and no one asked if we liked the cake. the decorating was OK, they really could have put more loops for the bow, it didn't look right, and there was a flaw in the side where the icing was coming off. Now, about the flavor: I had asked for chocolate, not some kind of ripoff of chocolate with no flavor!!!!! IT WAS ONE OF THE WORST TASTING CAKES EVER!!!!!!! We asked our dinner party if anyone wanted to take some home, no one did because the flavor was horrible, or should I say what flavor it did have!!!! We threw the cake away when we got home. Please, don't order from them!
