i had to have two speakers replaced because they were faulty. i did not blow them. i also had to have the head unit replaced because it could not handle the load, it was told to me that it could, and when they replaced these i was charged for labor. i dont see how that should be the case. anyway other than that i feel i was treated very well and would go back in the future. they took the time to figure out what was wrong with my system and finally get it to act right. although everything that was wrong was inherently the fault of tristate, but they did fix the problems in the end.
