AS I WALKED INTO SOUND OF TRISTATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND WILL NOT RECONMEND GOING TO THE DOVER DELAWARE LOCATION EVER AGAIN FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS HUGE IMPROVEMENTS THE ONLY REASON I GO TO SOUND OF TRISTATE IS NOT FOR THE PRICES BECAUSE THEY SUCK TO THE ONLY LOCATION I RECONMEND WOULD BE THE WILMINGTON LOCATION FOR THE PEOPLE WERE POLITE AND ACTED PROFESSIONAL
SOUND OF TRISATE IN DOVER NEEDS MAJOR CUSTOMER SERVICE RERUNS OF HOW THE SALES TRANSACTION AND PROSEDURE OF THE RING SEQUENCE FOR THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY FOR WHICH DOSE NOT SAY THANK YOU OR HAVE A NICE DAY AFTER THE PURCHASE.
