Review content:
This is my third time to the Naaman's Rd store. Each time there, I have had to get someone's attention to get assistance. Not that the store is has been crowded on any of the visits, but the employees all seemed to be so caught up in other work that I wasn't noticed immediately. However, once I did get someone's attention they seemed very helpful. Shawn, who helped me with both purchases, was both professional and knowledgeable. He presents himself in a very trustworthy manner. If I had a suggestion it may be to reposition the lobby employees so they may see the incoming customers more readily or use some other type of alerting device to reduce the amount of time a customer is left to wander around unattended. RESPONSE FROM Sound of Tri-State: Craig, We apologize for the time you had to wait at our store. Currently, we are hoping to expand our DJ section and sales, both online and in the store. Unfortunately, our salespeople in the DJ section also do a significant amount of work in our warehouse and can not always be on the floor. Their job not only includes managing DJ sales but maintaining our inventory and warehouse. Thank you for taking the time to write your review. Customer feedback like yours is helping to improve Sound of Tri-State. We will definitely look into a better method of alerting DJ staff when a customer is looking for DJ equipment.
