Review content:
I went into Sound of Tri-State to look for some very specific parts for an amp installation. I have been into professional sound and car audio most of my life. I went into sound of tristate looking for specific items. The sales representative told me I was wrong and sold me parts that were way over and beyond the needs of the installation I was working on (This was after pacing around the store waiting for someone to come out of the office for several minutes). I get home thinking that the parts I paid 4-6 times more then I would of paid anywhere else would of at least came with hardware (Mounting screws and such). One of the parts were defective but usable. For the price I paid I was expecting a lot more. RESPONSE FROM Sound of Tri-State: Jason, Please accept our apology for the experience you had at our Dover location. From what we can tell, it looks like you purchased parts to an amp kit when you would have been in a better position buying a full amp kit. Unfortunately, you were provided with limited options and we fully apologize for that. This should NEVER be the case for any of our customers. As for waiting on assistance,we most definitely hope you never would never have to wait on our salespeople. On behalf of all of our Sound of Tri-State's locations in the Delaware area, we will speak with our employees to prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you for your review Jason. It has helped Sound of Tri-State address issues which may have otherwise gone unforeseen.
