The people at Sound of Tri-State are truly dedicated to providing quality and value in products and service while focusing on complete customer satisfaction. Jay spent hours of his time working with me directly to resolve issues with my Onkyo AV Receiver. His product knowledge and trouble shooting abilities are unsurpassed in the field. He insisted on in-depth testing before sending my unit out for repair. The end result was that the unit did not need repair and the source of the problem was indeed another component in my system. He saved me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary shipping and repair center charges. I won't use another company for my audio needs.
