Management is horrible. They wouldn't let me out of my lease early without keeping my deposit and then they ended up charging me for an extra month once my lease was through. When I first moved in maintenance told me that my locks were unsafe and that he would install deadbolts. I lived there for a year and a half and they never changed them. (made me feel real safe!) After about 4 months of living there my bathroom ceiling started leaking. If I turned on the A/C my bathroom flooded. I ended up going a total of 3 months without A/C in the middle of the summer because maintenance would never show up or they would claim to fix it when they really hadn't. Towards the end of my lease alot of shaddy people began moving in. My neighbors would have parties a few nights a week with loud music, drinking and yelling. I was often woken up in the middle of the night because a fight had broken out in the parking lot. Sometimes in the afternoons there were people smoking mj in the parking lot and I could often smell my neighbors smoking in their apartment when I was in mine. The office would do nothing about any of this because they want you to handle problems amongst yourselves. Trust me, the rent is cheap for a reason. AVOID! AVIOD! AVOID!

Cons: Terrible maintenance, Office unhelpful, Pool empty or dirty 10 months out of the year
