I been living here for a about a month and so far its been great. Seems to be a new office crew and they are pretty cool. Maintenance guys always fix my problems in my apt if I got one. Overall my rent is a good price to. They got the gates fixed so now it keeps out the people that doesnt live here and the people just cruising thru up to no good. I would def tell you to live here. Its worth it. more

MY SISTER HAS BEEN LIVING IN THIS COMPLEX FOR 1 YEAR - HER NEIGHBOR CAR WAS BROKEN INTO TWICE ANOTHER NEIGHBOR ONCE AND HER ROOMMATE'S CAR WAS BROKEN INTO AS WELL - TIME PASSED AND 1 WEEK AGO SHE PROCEEDED TO MOVE INTO THE TOWNHOUSE WE ARE IN NOW WHILE CLEANING HER APARTMENT SHE LEFT HER VACUUM CLEANER IN HER OLD APARTMENT AND CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY FOR HER FINAL WALK THROUGH AND MAINTNANCE HAD STOLEN HER VACUUM - ONCE I COMFRONTED THE OFFICE & RAISED HELL ALL OF A SUDDEN 2 HOURS LATER - THE VACUUM IS RETURNED. - \\r NEXT - AFTER I HAD BEEN LIVING HERE 2 DAYS MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO, TRASHED & CD PLAYER STOLEN IF YOU HAVNT NOTICED YET THIS PLACE IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE IF YOU HATE BEING STOLEN FROM B./C PPL BREAK INTO CARS VERY OFTEN HERE - AND THE OFFICE DID NOTHING AT ALL ABOUT IT\r \r \r OTHER THAN THE FACT THAT MAINTNANCE WORKERS AND YOUR NEIGHBORS WILL BE STEALING YOUR SHYT AS SOON AS YOU TURN YOUR BACK - IT'S OKAY. Management is horrible. They wouldn't let me out of my lease early without keeping my deposit and then they ended up charging me for an extra month once my lease was through. When I first moved in maintenance told me that my locks were unsafe and that he would install deadbolts. I lived there for a year and a half and they never changed them. (made me feel real safe!) After about 4 months of living there my bathroom ceiling started leaking. If I turned on the A/C my bathroom flooded. I ended up going a total of 3 months without A/C in the middle of the summer because maintenance would never show up or they would claim to fix it when they really hadn't. Towards the end of my lease alot of shaddy people began moving in. My neighbors would have parties a few nights a week with loud music, drinking and yelling. I was often woken up in the middle of the night because a fight had broken out in the parking lot. Sometimes in the afternoons there were people smoking mj in the parking lot and I could often smell my neighbors smoking in their apartment when I was in mine. The office would do nothing about any of this because they want you to handle problems amongst yourselves. Trust me, the rent is cheap for a reason. AVOID! AVIOD! AVOID!
