With less than 24 hours notice you put our fears to rest. On the day he arrived home, you were there with Rosario and immediately set about making him comfortable and putting my mother at ease. You were always available to us and quick to act on any concerns we had in a calm and competent manner.Rosario and Dawn both had the uncanny ability to anticipate his needs and their extraordinarily capable care allowed my mother to get the rest she so desperately needed.The work they do is not easy but they made it seem more like a calling than just a job. They were even thoughtful enough to call on their days off, just to ask how everything was.
