I made the phone call that really counted.My first impression of Senior Helpers could not have been better. Ms. Marie Diaz [Director of Operations] responded immediately to my call and was already gathering information to make the right fit between the home health aide and my Dad. Then she personally came to my home to discuss all my concerns and needs for Dad’s care; and already had some home health aides in mind that she thought might work out based on our needs. Marie was always available by phone and always attentive to our needs.
