Small 24 unit gated complex managed by voted in unit owners. Great location 1/4 mile off 183/183a. Can get to the complex without paying 183a toll charges. Walkable distance (2/3rds mile) to Lakeline Mall. 12 units are bottom floor no stairs, orther 12 units are upstairs. All units have attached garages. One of very few complexes in the metroplex with units having NO stairs at all. \r
Under went poor oversight by developer, by unit owners are turning around the complex making it a great place, easy going atmosphere. Several retirees onsight to keep daily eye on comings & goings.\r
Pros: Single story units
Cons: Bad oversight by developer, unit owners are turning things around.
