Lacosta-Lakeline Condominiums

Hi I just came from a party there and decided to do some searching on it. It was a very cool place to be. We had a baby shower in the community clubhouse. It is beyond beautiful Never something I expected! Leather chairs and very well decorated with what look like very nice furnishings. Big picture windows out to the swimming pool. Tile floors! Just a very nice place to meet. The owner said it was free for all the residents to use anytime. I just thought this was great. I did not get to see the owners condo, but if this is any indication of the rest of the place I really would like to live there. She said that there were mostly owners but that a few of the places were for lease. I'll be saving my money. To not have to mow the lawn or trim the hedges, that seems like the place for me. Solitude on the weekends! Nice. Pros: Very nice atmosphere, quite. Great pool. Everyone there had a driveway and garage. Cons: Parking for a party got a bit tight. more

Small 24 unit gated complex managed by voted in unit owners. Great location 1/4 mile off 183/183a. Can get to the complex without paying 183a toll charges. Walkable distance (2/3rds mile) to Lakeline Mall. 12 units are bottom floor no stairs, orther 12 units are upstairs. All units have attached garages. One of very few complexes in the metroplex with units having NO stairs at all. \r Under went poor oversight by developer, by unit owners are turning around the complex making it a great place, easy going atmosphere. Several retirees onsight to keep daily eye on comings & goings.\r Pros: Single story units Cons: Bad oversight by developer, unit owners are turning things around. more
