Review content:
I used to live right down the street from this place and my daughter and I would walk there every Saturday to each eat a Foccaccia del Giorno and split a Tomato, Basil and Mozzarella sandwich. The things that really set Pane Bianco apart from other places are its bread and its mozzarella. The ciabatta is so rich and flavorful and the mozzarella... Well, just give it a try.\r

I give a lot of credit to the quality of the food here to the attention-to-detail of Chris. I see him in there regularly and am confident that he will keep this place at the same level of Pizzeria Bianco. Pane Bianco is my hidden gem.\r
\r
I live in Tucson and I will even take the 10 through Phoenix to go to San Diego SPECIFICALLY to stop by this joint on Saturday mornings. That's how highly I think of it.\r

The front staff is great and always remembers my name. I wish I could say the same!
Pros: Simplicity. Mozzarella. Bread.
