Review content:
I was just looking up a spa when I came across a negative review about Pnina Gersten. I was shocked. Ms. Gersten is an outstanding psychotherapist and is highly recommended in our community. Two years ago, our family went through a crisis. We went to several therapist who basically were unable to help us. Our family doctor referred Pnina to us and she was able to help us make sense of the underlying issues. She has an icredible manner with kids and works miracles with marriages who are in desperate need of help. We have referred several of our friends to her and everyone has raved about her work. This woman is most wise, empathetic, and available around the clock in case of emergency or crisis. She is direct and very supportive all at the same time. I highly recommend her.
Pros: Honest, straighforward, empathetic, kind and great with kids
Cons: Due to her full practice, appointments must be made a few weeks in advance
