Redd will greet you upon entering the shop, and he is kind and courteous. Not tuned out like others can be in other shops of this type.\r
Powder will make you most comfortable if you're a first timer in getting a piercing. She's great!\r
If you send an email and make an appointment either Redd or Powder WILL respond and confirm it for you.\r
With other shops you're lucky if they even reply to your email. NO indifference here. I was quite surprised at that. The shop gives off a good vibe, and I repeat: You should check it out. You'll be pleasantly surprised!\r
