RED PARLOUR: Researched for months for a professional talented artist and discovered Powder. She is very patient and creative in her tattooing style. I would highly recommend everyone to stop by the Red Parlour to experience the ""master at work"". Compliments to Red for his welcoming approach every time I visit the shop. I'm currently on my 4th tatt.
