Review content:
Ive been told that Paul Zabor is rude. There are even some reviews here that say that, so I was a little hesitant to come in. But, wow, I'm VERY glad I did.
Yeah, he's very matter-of-fact and to-the-point. But I appreciate that. I guess it could be considered rude, but it definitely is not.
I was in need of a new chain on my Kawasaki, it was getting kind of stiff. Woods quoted me $130 in labor and almost $300 in parts, which had a 2-10 day lead time.
I walked in to Zabor's, explained the problem, and an hour and a half later, I had a brand new shiny chain for less than $120 (including labor). The chain is the same stock chain Woods was going to install, too.
He then took the time to explain the best practices for chain maintenance.
As I was about to leave, he told me he found some other things wrong/out of adjustment that he fixed for me. For free.
I know where I'm going next time my bike needs some love. I can't recommend this guy enough.
Pros: Honest, very fast, great prices, knowledgable
